Box Score LANCASTER, Pa. - It was a stern task for the Gallaudet University men's soccer team here Saturday night against the second-best team in the United East Conference as the Bison played Lancaster Bible College.
Gallaudet (3-10-1, 1-6 United East) hung tough with Lancaster Bible (11-3-3, 6-1-1 United East) and kept things scoreless at the half against the Chargers. LBC held a slight 5-3 edge in shots in the opening 45 minutes of play to go with three corner kicks.
LBC got on the scoreboard in the 49th minute with a Matthew Eufemia goal from Ben Nolt and then added three additional goals in the 61st, 79th and 89th minutes to put the 4-0 game away.
Sophomore Bode Aggas (West Henrietta, N.Y.) made two saves in goal for the Bison as the GU defense added one team save. LBC goalie Isaac Barrow recorded three saves in the win.
