Box Score ST. MARY'S CITY, Md. - The Gallaudet University women's soccer team fell to St. Mary's College of Maryland, 3-0, here Wednesday night in a United East Conference game.
Gallaudet (1-10, 0-7 United East) gave up an own goal in the fifth minute of the game and Seahawks forward Ella Raines netted her ninth goal of the season at the 11:24 mark. The host took a 2-0 lead into halftime.
In the second half, the two teams played a scoreless 28 minutes before Gracie Duch netted her first goal of the season.
GU sophomore goalie Payton DeGraw (Salt Lake City, Utah) made 14 saves in the loss while her counterpart Kylie Wells stopped one shot in the shutout.
