Box Score CHAMBERSBURG, Pa . - The Gallaudet University men's soccer team had to play catch-up the majority of Wednesday's North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) road game at Wilson College. The host Phoenix (3-3-1, 1-1 NEAC) scored a goal two minutes in and added a second mark in the second half en route to a 2-0 win over the Bison (1-7, 1-1 NEAC).
Sophomore goalie Noah Means-Simonsen (Louisville, Ky.) made 10 saves during the 90-minute game as the Bison defense had a busy day.
Wilson's Ethan Russ scored an unassisted goal at the 2:02 mark in the first half, off a rebound in front of the net. The Phoenix took a 1-0 lead into halftime.
In the second half, Wilson scored a second time when Jesse Smith assisted Justin Vizzi on the game's second goal at the 63:21 mark.

- GU junior Tim Artinian (Henrietta, N.Y.) led the team with two shots on goal
- Wilson controlled a 14-2 edge in corner kicks
- After its 3-1 win over Bryn Athyn on Sept. 23 the Bison have been shutout the past two games by a combined 3-0 score
