CAZENOVIA, N.Y. – Freshman midfielder Karlis Intsons (Riga, Latvia) netted his first collegiate goal in the 18th minute for the Gallaudet University men's soccer team Saturday at Fenner Field against Cazenovia College. Intsons' goal tied the game at 1-1 as the host Wildcats used two second half goals to win 3-1 between the two North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) teams.

Cazenovia (6-6-1, 5-1-1 NEAC) scored three minutes into the game when Cory Leggiero assisted Taras Stashkiv on a goal past Bison goalie Eric Setzer (Middletown, Md.). For Setzer it marked his first game back in goal since being sidelined with an injury back on September 24. He finished the game with six saves.

Gallaudet (0-10, 0-6) continues to search for its first win of the season and will try again tomorrow (Sunday, October 16) at 2 p.m. against Morrisville St.
