WASHINGTON, DC--The Bison worked hard to contain a 1-1 game
against the visiting Lancaster Bible College Chargers. Taking
advantage of a Charger own-goal, the Buff and Blue allowed only one
goal in the first half with the hopes of capitalizing over the
second half. However, Charger Josh Fetteroff had other things in
mind as he punched in a goal past Dean Muszynski to go up 2-1.
Despite several near-misses by Zane Noschese, Chad Evringham, Bader
Alomary and Nick Roquemore, the Bison could not get a goal in to
even the game, and it was sealed at the 88-minute mark by a Charger
goal, culminating in the 3-1 final score.
Gallaudet has two more games remaining on its schedule, a trip
to St. Mary's College (Md.) which will wrap up conference action
for 2007, and the season-ending game against Shenandoah University
at home on October 25.
