KILLINGWORTH, Conn. - The Eastern Collegiate Football Conference (ECFC) announced its weekly honors for the week of Oct. 10 and Gallaudet University junior quarterback Brandon Washington (Citronelle, Ala.) shares the Offensive Player of the Week award with Alfred State College running back Jake Palmer.
