LATHAM, N.Y. – The United East Conference announced its 2025-26 Women's Basketball All-Conference selections and Gallaudet University earned two honors and brought home one major award. First-year forward/center
Natalie Greene (Houston, Texas) was named the 2025-26 United East Women's Basketball Rookie of the Year. Greene and fellow first-year forward/center
Kayla Debrow (Jacksonville, Fla.) landed on the second and third teams, respectively.
Greene is on the all-conference team for the first time in her career. She becomes the second United East Rookie of the Year in Gallaudet's history and the first since
Cassidy Perry earned it during the 2019-20 season. Greene earned United East Offensive Player of the Week honors back on Dec. 22, 2025. Greene was limited to 17 games (16 starts) but her per game averages for many statistical categories has her ranked in the Top 10 in the United East. Greene is third in rebounds per game (9.4) and offensive rebounds per game (4.4). She finished the season with 289 points with a 17.0 scoring average per game, which ranks fourth in the conference.
Debrow is on the all-conference team for the first time in her career. She earned United East Defensive Player of the Week honors on Jan. 19, 2026. Debrow was one of the top shot blockers in the United East as she was ranked second in blocks (48) and blocks per game (2.29). Her blocks per game average is rabked 24th in NCAA Division III and her 48 blocks are the 44th best in the country for Division III. Debrow finished the season ranked second in the United East for rebounds per game (9.6) and tied for fourth in defensive rebounds per game (5.9) and sixth for offensive rebounds per game (3.7).
St. Mary's (Md.) College junior guard Olivia Liszt was voted the Player of the Year while Cedar Crest College junior forward Samora Merchant took home Defensive Player of the Year honors. St. Mary's (Md.) College coach LaTanya Collins repeated as the Coach of the Year as voted on by her peers. Coach Collins, in her second season, led the Seahawks to a perfect 13-0 regular season and the top seed in the United East tournament. The Seahawks (23-5) won their first United East conference championship and advance to the NCAA tournament for the third time in program history and the first appearance since 1999.

The Bison have 22 all-conference honors (12 first team, 7 second team, 3 third team) since joining the conference in 2010-11 to go with four Player of the Years, four Coach of the Years, two Defensive Player of the Year and two Rookie of the Year awards.
