ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Gallaudet University sophomore guard Bruce Brewer Jr. (Santa Fe, N.M.) was featured in his hometown newspaper, Albuquerque Journal, on Feb. 26, 2024.

Brewer's story, written by David Driver, discusses the guard's path from New Mexico School for the Deaf to Gallaudet University and his involvement in Team USA Deaf Men's Basketball and Deaflympics.

Brewer played in all 26 games for the Bison with 21 starts where he led the team with 91 assists to go with 65 points, 42 rebounds and 29 steals.
