Box Score WASHINGTON, D.C. - For the second straight
Capital Athletic Conference game the Gallaudet University men's
basketball team turned the ball over at a high rate as Wesley
College defeated the Bison 79-55 on Wednesday evening before 500
fans at the Field House. The home crowd total was the second
highest this season for the Bison as the first 200 full-time
students received new "Blue Hole" t-shirts. The Gallaudet
University Athletics Department also took donations for the relief
efforts in Haiti throughout the doubleheader and donated the final
gate receipt of several hundred dollars to the cause.

remains winless in conference play. The Bison turned the ball over

the game. Gallaudet cut the Wesley lead to four, 29-25, thanks in
part to two three-pointers by Weedon to complete an 11-5 run for
the Buff and Blue. The Wolverines (10-6, 4-4 CAC) answered with
their own 11-4 run to close out the final three and a half minutes
and take a 40-29 lead into the break.

followed by Kevin Johnson (16 points) and Jacques Bowe (12 points).

both teams shot 45 percent or higher from the field and 65 percent
from the free-throw line (13-for-20). The Wolverines held a five
rebound margin in the final total, 34-29. A difference for the
