GLENSIDE, Pa. – It was a quick non-conference match for the Gallaudet University men's volleyball team on Tuesday evening as the Bison were swept by Arcadia University, 3-0, in Alumni Gymnasium.
Gallaudet (3-7) posted negative hitting percentages in the first two sets before a positive mark in the third set. Arcadia (5-5) glided to a 25-10, 25-19, 25-22 victory.
The Bison were limited on the stat sheet against the Knights. Sophomore outside hitter
Zachary Bippus (Fishers, Ind.) had seven kills on 23 swings and five attack errors. Sophomore setter
Troy Holcomb (Fremont, Calif.) tallied 10 assists and two blocks. Sophomore middle hitter
Tyler Wascher (Noblesville, Ind.) led the Bison with three blocks.
Arcadia had balanced scoring across the board as 12 players saw action in the match. First-year middle blocker Luka Erickson led the way with nine kills while senior setter Riley Kodidek passed out 37 assists and made six digs.

Gallaudet will host Eastern University (6-8) this Thursday, Feb. 19, at 7 p.m. in the Field House for a non-conference match.
