LATHAM, N.Y. - The United East Conference released its 2025 All-Conference Indoor Women's Track and Field teams and major awards.
Gallaudet University brought home one all-conference honor as senior thrower
Midajah Davis (Roanoke, Va.) repeated as the shot put champion to earn first team honors. Davis won the event on her last throw that traveled 12.17 meters (39 feet, 11.25 inches) to earn 10 team points for Gallaudet, who finished fifth overall in the team standings.
All-conference honors, in the form of medals (gold, silver, bronze), were given to the top three finishers at the 2025 United East Indoor Track and Field Championships held at the Prince George's Sports & Learning Center in Landover, Md., hosted by the United East on February 28.
St. Mary's (Md.) College won its first United East conference championship as the Seahawks earned points in 15 of the 16 events to finish the meet with 203 team points. The Seahawks took home the major awards as Rocksann Smith was named Field Athlete of the Year and Rookie of the Year. Mileah Cotton was selected as the Track Athlete of the Year and head coach Reava Potter was picked as Coach of the Year.
