MEDIA, Pa. – The Gallaudet University men's basketball team dropped a 70-48 decision to Penn State Brandywine here Tuesday night in a non-conference game on the road in the Brandywine Commons Gym.
Gallaudet (0-4 overall, 0-3 in NCAA play) and Penn St.-Brandywine (3-6) are members of the United East Conference but opted to play a second time this season so the first meeting is non-conference and the conference contest between the two schools will take place in Washington, D.C., on February 10, 2026.

JeVaughn Sargent (Laurel, Md.) led the Bison with 18 points as he drained four 3-pointers off the bench. Sophomore forward
Wyatt Carlson (Hubertus, Wis.) finished with eight points, four rebounds and one block. First-year guard
Zeke Ortiz (Frederick, Md.) chipped in seven points as a reserve in the loss.
Penn St.-Brandywine used a strong second half to put the game out of reach for the Lions. The host took a 31-26 lead into halftime and outscored the Bison, 39-22, over the final 20 minutes played.
The Lions had five players in double figures led by Ahmaar Godhania's 17-point game, which included five 3-pointers made out of seven attempts. Penn St.-Brandywine finished the game with 13 3-pointers as the Lions held an opponent to below 50 points for the first time in nearly 10 years.
