PHOENIXVILLE, Pa. - Gallaudet University, the NCAA Division III leader in service aces, extended its winning streak to 11 matches Tuesday night with a straight-set sweep over United East foe University of Valley Forge, 3-0.
The Bison (17-5, 6-0 United East) served up 14 aces against the Patriots (7-9, 1-5 United East) en route to a dominant 25-10, 25-8, 25-10 victory. It marked the seventh time this season Gallaudet has recorded 14 or more aces in a match. The buff and blue have now totaled 256 service aces through 22 matches, leading all NCAA Division III women's volleyball programs.

Ella Gamble (Cullowhee, N.C.) led the way with four aces and passed out for 25 assists. Gamble is three aces away from 300 career service aces in the Bison uniform. Senior libero
Nicole Hicks (Corona, Calif.) posted a match-high 15 digs and served three aces. Junior outside hitter
Brielle Worley (Amarillo, Texas) paced the offense with 12 kills, while senior outside hitter
Citrine Lummer (Frederick, Md.) recorded six kills and six digs. Senior
Candace Broadnax (Springfield, Va.) was a perfect 5-for-5 on attack attempts, finishing with five kills. Junior middle hitter
Jada Zarembka added six kills, five digs and served up two aces.
