WASHINGTON - It was an unlucky night for the Gallaudet University men's soccer team as it dropped a 13-0 decision to the hands of St. Mary's College of Maryland here Tuesday in a conference game under the lights at Hotchkiss Field.
Gallaudet (2-9, 1-2 United East) spent the majority of the game on defense as the Seahawks outshot the Bison, 29-1. GU first year 
Sadam Mohamed (Dadaab, Kenya) had the team's lone shot when he raced down the field on a fast break and blasted a shot just left of the cage in the 11th minute of the game. Bison first-year goalie 
Luke McBrine (Weymouth, Mass.) finished the game with two saves in the first 45 minutes played. First year 
Jeremy Novas-Duran (Salem, Mass.) took over goalie duties in the second half and recorded three saves, including back-to-back stops in the 63rd minute.
St. Mary's (4-6-2, 3-0 United East) is one of five unbeaten teams at the top of the conference standings after tonight's win. The Seahawks had seven different goal scorers led by sophomore forward Lucas Evans' career night with four goals and two assists. Evans had a hat trick in the game's first 22 minutes of play. Freshman forward William Marbary came off the bench to net a hat trick as he tallied two goals in the second half. Freshman forward Nick Haney added two goals and two assists while senior forward Alex Ochman recorded one goal and passed out three assists.
The Seahawks led 7-0 at the half.
