Box Score WILLIAMSPORT, Pa.- The Gallaudet University men's basketball team fell behind by 11 points after the first half and never recovered in a United East Conference game to Penn College of Technology as the Bison lost, 85-71, on the road Saturday afternoon in the Bardo Gymnasium.
Penn College (6-12, 3-3 United East) jumped out to a 29-15 lead in the first eight minutes. Gallaudet (2-16, 1-5 United East) rallied and cut the Wildcats' lead with a 7-0 run in a minute span. The Wildcats used a 13-9 run of their own to take a 42-31 lead into halftime.
Penn College continued where it left off in the second half as the Wildcats outscored the Bison, 43-40.
Gallaudet had three different players in double digits. Junior forward
Blessed Mbogo (Silver Spring, Md.) led Gallaudet with 23 points, grabbed seven rebounds and three steals. Senior guard
Rory Lewis (Frederick, Md.) added 18 points, three assists and two steals. Junior forward
Brandon Chung (Kahului, Hawaii) scored 15 points and grabbed seven rebounds in 25 minutes played as he went 6-for-6 from the field.Â
The Wildcats had three players in double figures led by guard Livingston Cross who scored 21 points.

Gallaudet will head back to the state of Pennsylvania on Wednesday, Jan. 24, to take on Lancaster Bible College (10-9, 4-2 United East) in a 5 p.m. conference game. The two teams met on Nov. 29 as the Chargers won, 88-54, in the Field House.
