READING, Pa. - The Gallaudet University men's soccer team dropped a 7-1 United East Conference game to Volt Division foe Penn St.-Berks here Saturday afternoon.
Gallaudet (0-8, 0-2 Volt Division) trailed 5-0 at the half before first-year midfielder
Mohamed Elsheikh (Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates) scored his first collegiate goal in the 50th minute to cut the Nittany Lion lead down to four.
Penn St.-Berks (1-5-2, 1-1 Volt Division) added two more goals in the 69th and 71st minutes to put the game away to earn its first win of the season. Patrick Cwalinski led the way with a hat trick in the first half.Â
