MIDDLETOWN, Pa. - It was not the most ideal playing conditions here Saturday afternoon as the Gallaudet University men's soccer team began United East Conference - Volt Division play against Penn State Harrisburg. The Bison battled the elements and the Lions and lost 13-0.
Gallaudet (0-6, 0-1 Volt Division) was held to one shot while the host tallied 24 and scored 13 times in the win for the Lions (3-3-1, 1-0 Volt Division).

Vershon Carter (Chicago, Ill.) made six saves in the loss as the teams played through a torrential downpour.
Penn State Harrisburg had eight different goal scorers in the contest. The Lions led 7-0 at the half.
