WESTMINSTER, Md. - The Gallaudet University women's volleyball team made quick work of Franciscan University with a clean sweep, 3-0, here Friday evening on the campus of McDaniel College.
Gallaudet (9-2) has now won six straight matches with the last five won in straight sets. The Bison won today's match against the Barons; 25-18, 25-14, 25-15. Junior
Cassidy Perry (Frederick, Md.) had a match-high 10 kills and three blocks. Senior
Natalie Clayberg (Pella, Iowa) added eight kills, seven digs and four service aces. GU served up 17 aces against the Barons as sophomore
Gisella Visco (Riverside, Calif.) led the way with six aces. Junior setter
Ella Gamble (Cullowhee, N.C.) passed out 29 assists and made 10 digs.
The two teams crossed paths two weeks ago at the Bearcat Challenge hosted by Saint Vincent College where the Bison won, 3-1.

The Bison will play two matches on tomorrow (Saturday, Sept. 16) against Wilson College at noon and the host Green Terror of McDaniel at 4 p.m.
