MIDDLETOWN, Pa. - The Gallaudet University baseball team dropped a 28-1 decision here Saturday against Penn St. Harrisburg in a United East Conference game.
Gallaudet (7-18, 1-6 United East) got on the scoreboard in the seventh inning when sophomore Eric Heinze (Blacksburg, Va.) singled with the bases loaded to bring home a run.
Penn St. Harrisburg (15-5, 7-0 United East) scored three or more runs in six of the eight innings the Lions came to the plate.
GU starting pitcher Eli Solomon (Flushing, N.Y.) took the loss on the mound as he logged five innings in the nine-inning game.

GU will come back tomorrow (Sunday, April 2) to play two more games against Penn St. Harrisburg as the first game begins at noon.
