Box Score WASHINGTON - The Gallaudet University women's volleyball team clinched a postseason berth into the United East Conference - Volt Division playoffs here Monday night with a straight set win over Penn College.
Gallaudet (22-3, 3-0 United East) have won seven straight matches and have three conference contests left in the regular-season.
The Bison coasted in the first set, 25-6, and won the second set 25-16 before Penn College (4-14, 0-4 United East) hung around in the third set. GU trailed briefly but regained control en route to the 25-20 win.

Cassidy Perry (Frederick, Md.) led the Bison with eight kills while seniors
Natalie Clayberg (Pella, Iowa) and
Adele Daniels (Frederick, Md.) added seven kills apiece. Clayberg led the team with 14 digs while Daniel made seven. Junior setter
Ella Gamble (Cullowhee, N.C.) passed out 18 assists and senior
Emma Giuntoli (Austin, Texas) recorded 15 assists and four aces.Â
The Bison went deep into their bench as all 16 players in uniform played at least one set.

Lynn Ray Boren was recognized by the Athletics Department for his 400th career win leading the Bison. Athletic Director
Warren Keller presented Coach Boren a game ball and shared some uplifting comments about Coach Boren's tenure.Â
