Box Score ST. MARY'S CITY, Md. - The Gallaudet University men's basketball team headed south Tuesday to face St. Mary's College of Maryland in a United East Conference game. The Bison dropped their final road game of the season, 95-71.
Gallaudet (2-21, 2-13 United East) scored the game's first four points and hung tough with St. Mary's (12-9, 11-4 United East) through the first 12 minutes before the Seahawks flew ahead and took a 59-32 lead into halftime.
The Bison outscored the Seahawks 39-36 in the second half.
Junior guard Corey Smith (Miami, Fla.) scored a season-high 29 points to lead the Bison. Smith grabbed a team-high seven rebounds to go with three assists, one block and one steal. Freshman guard Shannon Cotto (Lakewood, Ohio) added 12 points, four assists, three rebounds and two assists. Fellow freshman guard Malosi Viena (Waipahu, Hawaii) tallied 11 points, five rebounds and three steals. Freshman center Alex Antsiferov (North Charleston, S.C.) recorded eight points, three boards, one assist and one steal in the loss.
Freshman guard Elijah Crawford led the Seahawks with 13 points, eight rebounds and three assists. Junior guard Jordan Goodwin added 12 points, six rebounds and two assists.

- Freshman guard Jake Schwall (Fishers, Ind.) ripped down six rebounds and poured in four points off the bench
