Junior Season (2014): 2014 All-NEAC Second Team...2014-15 NEAC Scholar-Athlete honoree, third straight year...played in all 36 matches (17 starts) and 124 sets...second on the team with 286 kills...fourth on the team with .218 hitting percentage, service aces (42)...sixth in digs (126), blocks (14), block assists (14)...had 10 or more kills in nine matches...set a career-high for kills in a match with 16 vs. Lebanon Valley (Nov. 1)...recorded a career best five service aces, twice on the same day, vs. Lebanon Valley and Scranton (Nov. 1)...helped GU win its fifth straight NEAC title and make a fifth consecutive appearance in the NCAA Division III tournament.
Sophomore Season (2013): 2013-14 NEAC Scholar-Athlete honoree, second consecutive year...started 35 matches and saw action in 118 sets…finished fourth on the team in service aces (40)… recorded a season high four service aces against Neuman (Oct. 12)…totaled 10 kills and 51.5 points…member of 2013 NEAC championship team, who made fourth consecutive NCAA tournament appearance.
Freshman Season (2012): Played in 16 matches and 24 sets…totaled 16 kills and 29 points…2012-13 NEAC Scholar-Athlete honoree.
Before Gallaudet: Attended Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf before transferring to Model Secondary School for the Deaf (Washington, D.C.)…played four years of basketball and volleyball…participated In three years of track and field…played one year of softball.
Personal: Daughter of Bob and Beckie Perkins…fan of the New York Yankees and Syracuse Orange…favorite athlete is Derek Jeter…enjoys watching Grey’s Anatomy.
