Why Gallaudet?
"Gallaudet is a special place where I am able to foster and connect with students on a level of mutuality and respect. It inspires me to have a purpose of witnessing and enhancing students' journeys. It empowers a feel of belonging at home for the person. I would not be here if it was not for Gallaudet in my life."

What impact can athletics have on college students?
"It helps the students develop a skill of balancing their lives and sports. It includes understanding time management. They can be an effective role model for the peers to look up to. They also have an influence on the issues and mindsets of the peers, which is a huge but rewarding responsibility for student-athletes to carry."
