Endicott returns to Gallaudet's football program after being away since the 2010 season. The residential assistant coach will work with the running backs and handle football operation duties.

Endicott is familiar with the GU football program as he served as a graduate assistant in 2010 after playing five seasons for the Bison on the gridiron. The offensive lineman helped to usher the Bison back into NCAA Division III as GU returned to that status in 2007. He was a captain on the 2009 team that went 6-4 and 4-2 in their debut in the ECFC to tie for second place. After graduating from Gallaudet the Philadelphia native became the head football coach and athletic director at the Michigan School for the Deaf for two years before becoming the assistant football coach at Texas School for the Deaf in Austin, Texas.
