Before Gallaudet: Attended Chungju Sungshim School for the Deaf in Chungju, South Korea...played baseball in high school.

Why Gallaudet? "In 2011, I visited Gallaudet University with my high school baseball team. At the time, my team played against Model Secondary School for the Deaf (MSSD) in a series of exhibition baseball games and Coach Pride was there. After the game, I met him and I told him that I wanted to play for him. So I decided to come here for my education and my future."
