Renca is the senior member of this year's  team...was themost valuable player of her high school her senior year inbasketball...was also team captain her junior and senioryears...also was on the volleyball and cheerleading teams all fouryears in high school...favorite thing about basketball is shootingfree throws which she says she is best at...favorite practice drillis the box shoot drill because it helps her improve her techniqueand focus on boxing out better...says she has many wonderfulprofessors at Gallaudet and respects all of them, but would chooseDr. Pia Taavila as her favorite because she is reasonable,open-minded, and taught her a lot about English...says French 200is the best class she ever took because she got to go to France forone month and learn French Sign Language...favorite thing aboutGallaudet is the social life because nothing beats seeing nearly2,000 Deaf people everyday...favorite thing about Washington DC isthe beauty of the white marble buildings especially in thespring...says her mother had the biggest impact on her life becauseshe went through a lot in her life that influenced Renca to be whoshe is and she's the one who forced Renca into lovingbasketball...would  like to meet Angelina Jolie because shetries to make a difference in the world
