WASHINGTON – Gallaudet esports is excited to announce the upcoming open tryouts for the 2026 fall season. Open tryouts will be held from Monday, Aug. 31 through Friday, Sept. 4 at the Esports Arena (Ely building 2nd floor). The tryouts will run from 8 p.m. until 10 p.m.
Gallaudet esports is gearing up for another competitive season with ECAC (Eastern College Athletic Conference) Esports. Twenty different competitive game titles will be offered this season. This is a fantastic opportunity for the Gallaudet esports team to showcase its skills and represent the university in a competitive league.
GU's Esports Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 team placed second overall in the ECAC last year, which was Gallaudet's best finish. The official Gallaudet esports fall season begins on Sept. 21.
