LATHAM, N.Y. - The United East Conference released its 2025 Men's Volleyball All-Conference teams and major awards.
Gallaudet University brought home two all-conference honors as first-year libero
Elian Zfati (Brooklyn, N.Y.) landed on the first team while first-year opposite
Zachary Bippus (Fishers, Ind.) was selected to the second team. These are the first all-conference honors for both players.
Zfati was one of the top liberos in the conference with 266 digs with a 3.33 digs per set average. Bippus led the Bison in points (233.5), kills (197) and added 148 digs, 46 blocks and 11 service aces in 20 matches played (20 starts). This was Gallaudet's first men's volleyball teams since 2013. GU finished the 2025 campaign with a 5-17 overall record and 2-6 mark in conference play.
Cairn University's Sam Poirier was named Offensive Player of the Year while Neumann University's Christian DeMarco took home Defensive Player of the Year accolades. Wilson College's Jackson Wolfe garnered Rookie of the Year honors while his coach Aaron Hoke was selected by his peers as the Coach of the Year.
