LATHAM, N.Y. – Gallaudet University placed 27 student-athletes on the 2024 United East Conference Fall All-Academic Team as announced by the conference. Each student-athlete was required to accumulate a 3.2 or higher grade point average for the fall semester combined and must have been in good standing on their team.
Gallaudet finished tied for 16th overall among the 17 United East institutions. Lancaster Bible College led the way with 95 honorees followed by St. Mary's College of Maryland (91) and Cairn University (81) to round out the top three spots.
The United East honored 847 student-athletes this year from 17 different institutions, across six fall sports including men's and women's soccer, men's and women's cross country, women's volleyball and field hockey.
This is the second year for the United East to offer a Fall All-Academic Team.
