WASHINGTON – The Gallaudet University athletics department inducted 26 student-athletes into the Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society on May 2 for demonstrating excellence in athletics and academics. A full list of inductees is below.

GU honored the new class at the annual athletics banquet, the GSPY's, in the Field House. Faculty Athletics Representative Todd Bonheyo presented new inductees a medal and graduating seniors received black and yellow honor cords to wear on graduation day. Members of previous years classes, who are now seniors, also received honor cords during the banquet they include; Payton DeGraw (women's soccer), Courtney Gentzke (women's soccer), Jules Nymo (swimming), Dakota Ronco (women's swimming), Ariel Senics (softball, women's basketball) and Leila Sicoli (women's volleyball).

This year's induction class represents 15 different varsity sports and cheerleading and they hail from 13 different states, the District of Columbia and two countries.
