ST. MARY'S CITY, Md. - The Gallaudet University
men's swimming team lost a double dual meet to Goucher College and
St. Mary's (Md.) College on Saturday. The Bison lost 154-41 to the
host Seahawks from St. Mary's (Md.) and 131-54 to the Gophers from
Goucher. The Bison now stand 0-4 on the season and 0-3 in the
Capital Athletic Conference.
A handful of Bison had second-place finishes against the Gophers
as senior Joseph Lopez (Riverside, Calif.), junior
Daniel DiDonna (Parsippany, N.J.), junior
Kyle Sexton (Peoria, Ill.), sophomore
Grady Gallagher (Las Vegas, Nev.), freshman
Dan Burton (Waukesha, Wis.) and freshman
Kailob Miller (Ardmore, Okla.) set the pace for
the Buff and Blue against Goucher.
Gallaudet is off to the second week of December when the Bison
travel to York, Pa., to face CAC foe York (Pa.) College and Penn
State-Altoona in a double dual meet that starts at 1 p.m. This will
be the final meet of the 2009 calendar year for Gallaudet.
