Schneider makes her head coaching debut with the GallaudetUniversity cheerleading program this season (2010-11) after beingan assistant coach during the 2009-2010 season. The RochesterInstitute of Technology (RIT) graduate hails from upstate New Yorkwhere she attended South Lewis High School. Schneider started as acheerleader when she was 10, and she cheered in high school and atRIT. Schneider is a certified American Sign Language interpreter.She is currently enrolled in the Gallaudet linguistics master'sprogram.
