Pool

Home to Gallaudet's swimming and diving teams, the pool also hosts aquatics classes through the physical education department. The 25-yard-long pool features six lanes separated by non-turbulent lane lines and electronic timing and scoring that can be viewed on an 18'-wide scoreboard. The pool also sports a top-of-the-line 16' Duraflex International Maxiflex Model B diving board for one-meter diving.

* The pool will be closed from May 4 through May 15. However, the pool will be open on Sunday, May 10 and Sunday, May 17 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Pool use is free for GU students, staff and faculty with a valid Gallaudet ID, required to be shown to enter. For outsiders, you will need to become a pool member to swim in the pool.
