TOWSON, Md. – The Gallaudet University
women's swimming team got swept on Saturday in a double dual
meet at Goucher College. The Bison lost 84-11 against Arcadia
University and were outscored 78-17 against the host Gophers.
There were not a lot of top finishes for the Bison as they went
up against two tough and deep non-conference teams. Junior
Tong Song (Beijing, China) finished third overall
in the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:56.72.
Gallaudet is now off until Saturday, Dec. 3, when the Bison
welcome Wells College to campus for a North Eastern Athletic
Conference meet.
